Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Identifying business opportunities from new and existing clients by building and maintaining relationships. Handling a team of BDE & Jr. BDE involved in training, mentoring, and managing individual team members to help them achieve their individual & team targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in presenting software services and Company offerings. Also, represent the company to trade shows and events. Generation of new sales leads via personalized emailing, LinkedIn networking, cold calling and other outbound approaches. Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipelines to meet the requirements of the lead targets. Brainstorming new strategies to improve the existing process in order to achieve the monthly/quarterly goals. Develop and convey out-of-the-box solutions, along with solution ideas to key decision-makers to focus on their business issues Collaborating with CSO on sales goals, planning, forecasting Handling the inbound inquiries and creating the outbound campaign to archive the targets. Ensure the CRM is updated with all the necessary data and reports. Providing daily updates to CSO for the pipeline and campaign updates. Able to relocate to the client’s location for the time being if required.


  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in an IT company(Service based) Proven capability to building relationships with CXO/VP/Director-level client contacts Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions. Good understanding of industry-specific business issues. Significant business development and project execution experience. Pleasant and friendly personality with a good presence of mind. Proven success working in a results-oriented environment. Understanding of IT Services, Software Product companies, and Enterprises. A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals. Background in relationship-building and contract negotiations
